What we collect and why
When you book or send a request, we store your name, e-mail, phone number, address, the chosen times and treatments, and any notes. We use them to carry out the treatment, calculate travel and contact you about your appointment (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
If you create an account, we also store your password in encrypted (hashed) form, or link the account to your Google or Microsoft login.
The notes field is optional. If you write health information there, it is only used to prepare your treatment, with your consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
Who we share with
We never sell your information. These services help run the site:
Oracle Cloud (Sweden) runs the server where the information is stored.
Cloudflare protects the site and routes its traffic. When you book, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
Google (Gmail) sends the e-mails about your booking.
OpenStreetMap services (Photon, Nominatim, OSRM, Valhalla) are used to look up the address and calculate distance. Your address is sent from our server, not from your browser. The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which therefore sees your IP address.
How long
Bookings are kept as long as needed to carry out the treatment and meet Danish bookkeeping rules. Your account exists until you ask us to delete it. Sent e-mails are deleted from our system after 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses a single necessary cookie that keeps you logged in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, and therefore no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, object, or withdraw consent by writing to [email protected]. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
